AHS is a minority and woman-owned small business. Its executive management team has over 20 years combined professional experience.
The Chief Executive Officer, Elizabeth R. Hamilton, has over 12 years of experience conducting community-based research and program evaluation to improve health outcomes and access to care for minority populations who have historically been disproportionately impacted by co-morbidities, socio-economic disadvantages, and social determinants of health.
Elizabeth has also led numerous collaboratives focused on racial equity to analyze population data, identify disparities, strategize recommendations to reduce disparities, and evaluate implemented interventions to reduce inequities.
Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Disease Prevention and a Master of Public Health specializing in Biostatistics. She is presently pursuing a doctoral degree in Health Sciences specializing in health services research and implementation science.
